The Paulée in Nuiton-Beaunoy

Beaune, Burgundy and Jura
In our historic winery, we invite you to experience a unique, warm, and welcoming evening rooted in one of Burgundy’s most beautiful traditions: the Paulée. But what is the Paulée? It’s a festive meal held at the end of the grape harvest—a time of relaxation and joy when the entire team at a winery—winemakers, harvesters, oenologists, and friends—comes together to celebrate the work they’ve accomplished. We share a good meal, uncork fine bottles, and above all, raise a toast to the harvest and the bonds forged through wine. It’s a rite of passage, a way to bring the season to a close in a spirit of camaraderie and gratitude. We wanted to open this tradition up to everyone. Winemakers, consumers, wine lovers, friends, families, partners, and members of our team: everyone is invited to gather around the same table to experience this beautiful Burgundian tradition together. The idea is simple: you bring a bottle from your cellar that you’d like to share and introduce to others. We’ll take care of the rest: a hearty meal, a lively atmosphere, and a wonderful evening in our winery, transformed for the occasion.
