As part of the “Vignobles en Scène” event, an instructor from the Bordeaux Wine School will introduce you to local wines on Saturday, October 17! The Maison des Vins de Cadillac invites you to a unique wine-tasting experience. During this workshop, you’ll learn more about the different stages of our wine production. You’ll discover the unique characteristics of our terroirs and grape varieties, as well as the influence they have on our region’s wines. The session will be punctuated by a tasting of several of our wines, specially selected to give you a wonderful overview of the variety of our products. Whether you’re a curious wine lover or a seasoned connoisseur, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to deepen your knowledge of wine and broaden your palate.  

The Graves, a historic wine region in Bordeaux, will open its doors on October 17 and 18, 2026, to wine enthusiasts and newcomers alike. On the agenda: tastings of red wines, dry whites, and sweet whites; activities for all ages; meet-and-greets with winemakers; cellar tours; and explanations of the AOC’s grape varieties. An immersive experience in the art of Bordeaux winemaking, with the option to dine on-site at certain châteaux. Free admission; reservations are recommended for workshops and dining.

In partnership with Roulici, Domaine de Rocheville offers you a surprising new experience: take a seat and pedal while dining at the bike bar! Let’s set off on a unique ride through the vineyards of Domaine de Rocheville! Your guide will provide insights into the estate’s vineyards. During the ride, you’ll make two “tasting” stops—a chance to sample two white wines and two red wines from the estate’s organic vintages.  

Vignobles en Scène is coming to the Maison des Vins de Cadillac to celebrate the end of the grape harvest! After weeks of work in the vineyards, it’s time to gather around a large table to celebrate the end of the harvest together. In the heart of the Maison des Vins de Cadillac’s charterhouse, come share a convivial and gourmet banquet in a warm and festive atmosphere, in the company of two local winemakers. Starting at 7:00 p.m., two winemakers will welcome you to chat, tell you about their vintage, and introduce you to their wines—all in the same spirit as the “Apéros Vignerons”: simplicity, camaraderie, and the joy of sharing.  

Embark on a journey through the history of Château de l’Engarran, tracing its story by the light of candles and lanterns, and discover how wine evolves by tasting the same vintage over a 20-year span. A unique experience that will allow you to appreciate the subtleties of wine aging.

Our workshop dedicated to wines and chocolates invites you to explore the exquisite pairings of these two delights. Immerse yourself in a captivating tasting experience, where the nuances of the wines harmonize perfectly with the intense yet delicate notes of chocolate. Discover how each bite reveals new flavors and enhances the wine-tasting experience. During the workshop, you’ll taste two red wines from the Côtes de Bordeaux and Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellations, a sweet wine from the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, and a dessert wine from the Cadillac appellation; paired with four chocolates: three different dark chocolates and one milk chocolate. To celebrate the second edition of Vignobles en Scène, SENS restaurant invites you to enjoy a culinary experience inspired by the wine-growing regions of Anjou. You’ll be invited to discover a food-and-wine pairing featuring exclusively wines from Angevin winemakers, carefully selected to complement seasonal, local, and ethically sourced cuisine. As with the cuisine, the aim is to highlight those who tend the vineyards with passion, patience, and respect for nature. Each wine offered will be an expression of a terroir, a unique craftsmanship, and a distinctive history. To enhance your experience, you’ll be guided through four wine pairings harmonized with the main courses of the tasting menus, served in tasting portions. An invitation to explore Anjou in a new light, through encounters between cuisine and wine, between producers and guests, and between sensibility and terroir.

As part of the “Vignobles en scène” event, come share, admire, and savor the Angevin way of life in an exceptional historic setting: the Jean Lurçat Museum and its exhibition “Aubusson Weaves Tolkien”! On Friday, October 16, enjoy a tasting of four wines paired with appetizers in the company of Anjou winemakers. It’s a friendly evening to chat with the winemakers, discover their expertise, and combine the wine tasting with the pleasure of a concert in an exceptional setting!
