On October 17, 1975, this quest for excellence was officially recognized with the creation of the Crémant de Bourgogne AOC. We invite you to a unique immersive experience to unravel the mystery of sparkling wines. Traditional method or closed-tank fermentation? Beyond the technique, what distinctive flavor profile lies behind each bubble? During this experience, you’ll explore the fascinating history of Crémants and the nuances of their production. To conclude this journey, your taste buds will be treated to an exclusive tasting of three to five Crémants. From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

As part of Vignobles en Scène, join a fun and friendly wine-tasting workshop where you’ll put your senses to the test by discovering the aromas of wines using scent vials, then learn to recognize the distinctive characteristics of local grape varieties during an interactive tasting. Working in pairs to compare two glasses at a time, you’ll try to identify the correct grape varieties—Merlot, Malbec, or Colombard. Paired with local products, this experience invites you to explore the full richness and diversity of Charentais IGP wines in a welcoming atmosphere open to everyone.

Discover Montpellier through its remarkable wine heritage. As you wander through the narrow streets of the Écusson district, carved facades, famous figures, and unusual anecdotes tell the story of several centuries of the city’s connection to wine. An original tour that lets you see Montpellier in a new light… with a hint of the local terroir.  

Step behind the bar at Lou Calen with Thomas, our mixologist, to learn how to create two wine-based cocktails with bold, distinctive flavors. Shaker in hand, it’s your turn to get creative… and enjoy! This experience is led by Thomas, a flair bartender and mixologist with 20 years of experience. Coming from a family of spirits producers, passionate about botany, and a former competitor in the world’s top bartending competitions, Thomas specializes in exploring new flavors and innovative concepts. A specialist in flair (bottle juggling) and now back in his native Provence, Thomas specializes in concoctions made with local, seasonal ingredients—many of which he grows himself—and wild plants he forages. Thanks to this, his creations are unique, and during these workshops, he’ll invite you to discover the world of cocktails based on Provence wine.

Discover Saint-Chinian in a whole new way! Set out on a 30- to 45-minute guided electric bike tour through the heart of the vineyards with VinEbike, followed by a guided tasting of wines and local delicacies at the Maison des Vins.

Two travelers, two worlds, and a shared desire to connect. As part of Vignobles en Scène, Domaine des Albatros welcomes Pianocean for an exceptional evening blending music, travel, and Savoie wines. On one hand, Marieke Huysmans-Berthou, pianist, singer, composer, and sailor. With her Pianocean project, she travels the world aboard her sailboat Lady Flow, specially equipped to carry her piano. From port to port, her journeys, the landscapes, and the people she meets inspire her music. On the other hand, Julien Cartier, a winemaker in Chignin. After also traveling the world—from the polar regions of Antarctica to oceanographic expeditions—he returned to his family’s land to found the Domaine des Albatros in 2023. The name aptly evokes his travels, his connection to the oceans, and his return to his roots.

Set out on a unique getaway through the vineyards of Bourgueil on a Zosh electric all-terrain scooter. Accompanied by Claire from O Cœur des Vignes, you’ll ride along paths winding through vineyards, hillsides, and wooded areas. This is a unique way to discover the riches of the Loire Valley region. Along the way, explore the Domaine de la Chevalerie. Then, Laurie and Gabriel, poultry farmers at Des Poules et des Vignes, will host a guided tasting of four AOC Bourgueil wines, paired with artisanal terrines. Photo credit: JC Coutand

As part of the Vignobles en Scène event, Domaine Sergent invites you to explore its cellars by lamplight. During a guided tour, let yourself be led through this world where scents, sounds, and lights take on a special significance. It’s another way to explore the cellar and the winemaker’s craft, taking the time to observe and experience your surroundings. The tour continues with a gourmet tasting of the estate’s wines, accompanied by small bites to nibble on, allowing you to further explore the pairings between wines and local specialties. An immersive and convivial experience to discover the estate from a different perspective.

Come discover the behind-the-scenes of winemaking, the history of the cooperative, and the unique characteristics of the grape varieties grown on these volcanic soils. The tour concludes with a guided tasting of several distinctive vintages, accompanied by a platter of local charcuterie and cheeses. This activity is designed above all to be a friendly and authentic experience, conducted in small groups to encourage conversation and sensory discovery. A true moment of sharing, focused on connecting with the local terroir and the people who bring it to life.

As part of the “Vignobles en Scène” event, Domaine de Rocheville invites you to a unique sensory experience in its cave cellars. Descend into the estate’s centuries-old cellars, carved out of tuffeau stone, and let your senses take over. Let us guide you through the hidden history of this terroir, which gives Rocheville’s wines their unique character. The tour continues with a blind tasting—a true test of the senses: four exceptional wines—two whites and two reds—to discover without labels, guided solely by your palate and your host’s expert commentary. Each sip is enhanced by paired mini-bites, creating a complete gustatory experience. Amid stone, shadow, and light, this is a playful wine-tasting experience to be enjoyed in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
