For one evening, Château de Villemartin opens the doors to its elegant and unique world. On its terrace overlooking the vineyards or in the refined setting of its iconic ballroom, guests are invited to enjoy an experience where fine dining, wine, and the art of living come together. Over the course of a dinner featuring food and wine pairings, partner winemakers will share their passion and the stories behind each vintage, offering a true journey into the heart of the Limoux vineyards. In an atmosphere inspired by the famous Buddha Bar vibe, flavors, conversation, and music will blend to create a timeless moment. As night falls over the vineyards, the evening will continue on the dance floor to the beat of an electro dance party, transforming the château into a place of celebration and camaraderie. To round out the experience, guests are invited to let their imaginations run wild by wearing accessories or outfits inspired by the world of the Limoux vineyards. This creative touch promises to make the evening both festive and unforgettable.

At the opening night of “Vignobles en Scène” in Beaujolais, you’ll set off on a gourmet cruise along the Saône River, which has been transformed into a true fall-themed open-air café where fine dining, wine, and good company take center stage. At sunset, set out on a leisurely cruise along the Saône with Desigaud Evasion and savor the wines from estates specially selected for this lovely evening, paired with appetizers. The evening is set to the rhythm of jazz, creating a festive and warm atmosphere that celebrates the terroirs, craftsmanship, and art of living in the Beaujolais region. Take a seat at large communal tables to share in the “Banquet Insolite du Beaujolais,” created by Chef Aurélien Mérot of the Auberge du Cep*. Each dish is paired with a wine carefully selected from the participating wineries and presented by the winemaker.

Enjoy an evening dedicated to fine dining in the exceptional setting of the Chartreuse du Bignac. At this event, enjoy a buffet featuring both savory and sweet dishes created by Chef Jean Twari, paired with wines that highlight the region’s wineries. Meet passionate winemakers, including those from Château de Tiregand, Château Montplaisir, and Château Bélingard. Discover their wines through tastings and let yourself be swept away by a friendly atmosphere, enhanced by an acoustic blues concert presented in partnership with Blues Pourpre.

As part of “Vignobles en Scène,” the major national wine tourism event, the La Toscane Occitane Tourist Office and the Maison des Vins de Gaillac invite you to experience a timeless day in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards. This year’s event takes you on the Oenorando® “Le Vallon de la Caude” trail in Cestayrols. Over the course of a roughly 7-kilometer route, let yourself be guided through one of the vineyard’s most beautiful landscapes: sun-drenched hillsides, secluded valleys, paths lined with vines, and panoramic views typical of Occitan Tuscany. Because the best discoveries are made when you take your time, four gourmet stops punctuate the hike. Each one offers an opportunity to meet passionate winemakers, taste Gaillac wines, and savor a menu featuring local products, all in a friendly and authentic atmosphere. More than just an outdoor meal, the “Banquet Itinérant” is an immersion in a vibrant vineyard, where landscapes, cuisine, and encounters come together along the way.
