The Unprecedented Banquet—Beaujolais Wines Set Sail on the Saône

At the opening night of “Vignobles en Scène” in Beaujolais, you’ll set off on a gourmet cruise along the Saône River, which has been transformed into a true fall-themed open-air café where fine dining, wine, and good company take center stage. At sunset, set out on a leisurely cruise along the Saône with Desigaud Evasion and savor the wines from estates specially selected for this lovely evening, paired with appetizers. The evening is set to the rhythm of jazz, creating a festive and warm atmosphere that celebrates the terroirs, craftsmanship, and art of living in the Beaujolais region.
Take a seat at large communal tables to share in the “Banquet Insolite du Beaujolais,” created by Chef Aurélien Mérot of the Auberge du Cep*. Each dish is paired with a wine carefully selected from the participating wineries and presented by the winemaker.
